PASTOR DR. ROBERT MITCHELL & FIRST LADY FRAN MITCHELL

 Pastor DR. Robert Mitchell served under the headship of the late Pastor Douglas Baltimore and his wife Pastor Mary Baltimore at the Temple  of Jesus Church in Manassas, VA for 17-years. During that time God  steadily prepared him for leadership by having him serve in many  ministries for the advancement of the Kingdom of God. 

 

 He was ordained as a Pastor June, 2000 and By His Grace Ministries,  was birthed on April 3, 2005.

 

 Pastor Mitchell’s deep compassion to help the downtrodden

 and brokenhearted led him to be steadfast in assisting those who  suffer from physical and spiritual illness. His commitment to help  resulted from his own addiction of alcohol and drug dependence.

 God touched his life in 1988 and delivered him from a terminal

 illness, drugs and reconciled his marriage.  During his painful

 recovery period, he once asked God to take his life but God said

 "No" because his purpose remained unfulfilled.

 

 He is now devoted to establishing transitional homes and a

 school of theology. Pastor Mitchell visits the local jails, shelters,

 court rooms and hospitals to offer an encouraging word and prayer.

 

 Pastor Mitchell is a native of Dayton, Ohio.  He earned his B.S. Degree  from Wilberforce University and received his Doctorate Degree from  Practical Christianity Institute of Evangelism.  Pastor Mitchell currently  owns and operates Emmanuel Business Consultants.  He married his  wife Fran in 1982; they currently reside in Stafford, VA and have four  children and sixteen grandchildren.

 

 Pastor Mitchell is able to release the anointing to those who suffer  from terminal illness, drug dependence and broken marriages.
